Invest Credit: We Care! We Stand by Our Clients

Even in the difficult and uncertain situation created by the COVID-19 pandemic, Invest Credit stands by its clients, employees, and the community in which we live.
Following a detailed analysis of the circumstances and the recommendations of the Government and the National Commission for Financial Markets (NCFM), we announce the implementation of the following measures:
- About Payments. Starting from 17.03.2020, all payments and cash receipts at the Invest-Credit cashier’s office were suspended. For clients who are able, payments are made through Poșta Moldovei, payment terminals, and partner banks. We primarily operate through information technology—serving clients online (submitting applications, approvals, and disbursements are done online).
- About the “payment holiday” option. At the request of clients, we can offer a payment holiday for up to 3 months (according to credit agreements). This involves rescheduling payments, moving all loan payments by 3 months. For the exceptional period, clients will be exempt from fees for processing this option.
- About the cancellation of penalties for late payments and credit history. For clients who as of 18.03.2020 have no payment delays, cannot pay loan installments, and do not wish to access the “payment holiday” option, penalties for late payments will be waived until 17.06.2020. Because we care about our clients and their credit history, the delay days during this period will be waived and will not be reported to Credit History Bureaus.
- We continue to support business people. Invest Credit serves potential new and repeat clients online. Especially during this period, we support small and medium-sized businesses, as well as farmers who are essential to maintaining Moldova’s economic viability. Loan applications can be submitted on the website Invest Credit, by phone at 060 501 150 and on the Facebook.
- We keep the lending conditions unchanged for both existing and new clients. Invest Credit maintains interest rates, terms, and conditions. Additionally, accessing the “payment holiday” option can be crucial for businesses (up to 3 months) and farmers (up to 9 months) in need.
